This experience was awful. I checked in at midnight and was given a room that did not lock. The deadbolt was misaligned with the door frame. I asked for a different room, was told not a single room available. Staff called housekeeping to come check the lock and he arrived, took one look at the key card entry and walked away - leaving me standing around for 15 min until front desk staff found him outside smoking. He came back in only to tell me it was unfixable. At 12:30 am, staff told me there was someone checking out “now” and if I waited for a quick cleaning I could have that room. I was tired and honestly didn’t believe the story (after being told there was no other room available) and asked for my money back and that I wanted to leave. Once I left, I contacted Expedia to help me get my money back for two nights I didn’t end up staying there. Hotel refused my money back so I’m out the cost. This place was a terrible experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We arrived to the front desk which has bullet proof glass. We got in the elevator and it started shaking and making noise with a sign saying "inspection failed" Our room had blood stained curtains, bodily fluid stains on both beds and sheets, mold in the shower, the couch had white stains everywhere. Our room phone did not work so I called via cell phone because we had NO toilet paper, and when he said he would bring it up he never asked our room number and told us we were the only guests that night. Our door also did not have a deadbolt or lock. We immediately went downstairs to complain where we were offered another room but declined due to safety issues. As 3 young females we were unsafe and unable to stay in hazardous conditions and had to book an entirely different hotel. I spent $400 and never got a refund even with pictures of proof. Horrible service, horrible rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE

Staff were nice. It’s self pay parking garages. The amenity is okay, hotel is nice but bedsheet nor pillow case was not clean, there’s no duvet cover for the comforter. It’s a decent hotel.

Walked in and was immediately told to wait as person at front desk used the restroom. When he returned he barely spoke to me and took another guest halfway through checking me in. Dropped my ID and struggled to find it under his desk. The room I received was steps from the lobby and on the ground floor. The one room next to me had someone blasting music and I could hear everything going on outside on Atlantic Ave. Room appeared normal at first glance but sheets were dirty, bathroom was dirty strands of hair and stains on everything— I left earlier than I originally intended because I did not want to sleep there another night.

Housekeeping was on point when we called. Parking is pretty convenient. Good location to downtown Brooklyn. The only issue is the repairs that have been made in the hotel, very janky and not professionally done.

Everything was dirty .. the carpet was sticky black and covered with stains then besides that looked like it hadn’t even been vacuumed. There was a layer of dirt over it and all the surfaces had dirt and dust. Sink and shower were also grimey. The also don’t use fitted sheets either just flat sheets over a stained mattress

It definitely does not look like the pictures. The staff was not friendly and the hotel looked like it had a bad repair man that didn't complete any projects. We were told to park in their "lot" which was a back alley where we were supposed to park on the sidewalks with a homeless encampment. I would not recommend.

Was checked into ground floor room near entrance. Room smelled of marijuana. Tub had hairs in it. Door did not lock properly. There was a very loud group in the lobby lounge till 2am. Stayed here in 2023 and loved it. Has declined significantly since. The one staff member was not helpful or courteous.

Check in was smooth although the entrance and the lobby does not look anything like the pictures other than the bottom portion of the desk. It’s dark and dry with bulletproof glass. As for the room there was a lot of dust in corners and some broken items like the wobbly table legs, the standup lamp had a broken lampshade. In the mini fridge there was frozen Jell-O shots from a previous person’s stay and in the shower there was peeled off red toenail polish, so definitely not cleaned properly. We were told at check-in if we wanted them to clean the room we would have to call because they didn’t do it automatically. We checked in for three people in the room and they provided one washcloth had to cool down and get extra which they delivered with no issue. The toilet seat and doors slam so hard so you have to be mindful. The bar was not open at all and we were there for weekdays and the entire weekend. Friendly staff
