The building is ideally located at the intersection of Union Square, Astor Place, Greenwich Village and Gramercy, an area known for its calm and convenience.
This spacious, thoughtfully designed studio is located in a charming 14-story elevator building at the crossroads of Union Square, Astor Place, Greenwich Village and Gramercy.The apartment features hardwood floors, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, central air conditioning and ample closet space. All beds provided are fitted with plush linens and pillows. All Furnished Quarters apartments include 24/7 guest service.

Pets are allowed in select apartments and are subject to a $500 non-refundable pet sanitation fee for one pet, $750 for two pets. Additional charges and size/breed restrictions may apply and vary by building. All pets must be approved by Furnished Quarters. Please let us know ahead of booking if you plan on traveling with a pet.
