Terrible.Starting with the positive - the apartment itself is decent, as described in the listing. Some minor issues with lighting and blinds, but overall appropriate for the price.Having said that, the listing is confusing. The maps (and option to copy location to clipboard) take you to three DIFFERENT places... NONE OF WHICH IS THE ACTUAL LOCATION OF THE APARTMENT. So let's get onto the communication. Or lack thereof. I wrote SEVEN messages before check in, asking for details about the actual address of the location floor and apartment number - and no reply.THREE times I asked for the manager to add two of us to a whatsapp group to discuss logistics. To this day I have still not been added to said group. And then let's get onto paintgate. One morning in the middle of our 5 night stay, the manager got in touch to say someone would come and paint 'a tiny area of ceiling in the kitchen area' which would take a very short amount of time, have no disruption and leave no smell. We politely declined - we were working from the apartment and wanted to be there. He insisted. We suggested we would vacate the apartment early on our final day to allow the painting to happen. This offer was rejected. We literally could not refuse this intrusion. And so the painters arrived and it turns out it wasn't a tiny area, it was the entire kitchen / dining room / living room ceiling, which involved moving all furniture, and a pungent smell. Throughout, the manager was obnoxious and rude
