City view rooms or one I had is compact but nice. Pretty clean and easy to maintain/get clean again after room service. The few rooms I saw w the couch are nice space but all seemed to be crazy dusty. The rooms w the yelloeish tile/floor seem to be less dusty. The room w the closet that’s on pics is the “suite” not the upgrade from city view one.

Thank god I travel with my own sheets or it would have been impossibly uncomfortable. I’m sorry but don’t stay here unless absolutely necessary. IMO places like this should not even be listed on Expedia.

Agree with good reviews

With reviews all over the map we were a bit apprehensive but the location was perfect for our trip and there were many other good reviews. I have to side with those good ones; the people at Phoenix were helpful and kind, the room was clean and though it was furnished minimally, any dings were the cause of prior guests and not lack of maintenance, and the signs stressing the rules could only be taken badly if you might be the type to break them. The price was better than other hotels close by and we will be back next time we visit this area, thank you for a good stay!

The bathroom was dirty there was mold growing around the shower. The elevator was not working. We were not allowed to use it although we are handicap and had no way reservations so we’re forced to stay in this dump. The towels were dingy. The linen had holes and stains. The floors were chopped up and also dirty.

HORRIBLE!

Terrible! The room was run down and dirty. The sheets had blood on them and the walls had tomato sauce. My room was on the 5th floor and the elevator wasn’t working, but I didn’t mind using the stairs as I understand things like that happen. This place is like a cheap motel. I requested a full refund and the manager, Shiva was very understanding and accommodating and issued the refund immediately.

The room was dingy an old, there wasn’t any carpet an the floor was cold, the tv was small an the refrigerator looked like it was picked up from the side of the road. A lot of yelling an commotion in the hallway so this would be a no for me.
