Gorgeous, Modern, updated Duplex

We're so excited to have finished renovating this house. It's come out simply gorgeous and we're very proud to offer it to guests from around the world. It is a calm, safe, residential neighborhood in Staten Island. We are a father/son hosting team here to make your stay in NYC as comfortable as possible.

35 minute total trip by walking and bus ride to Staten Island Ferry.

Nice spacious clean place

we had a great time it was very clean and spacious the only thing was trying to find parking close to the house other than that everything was great and the property managers were excellent.
