I liked a somehow better price offer considering being miles away from central Manhattan. The hotel needs definitely improvements on channel tv offering in its rooms and better and complete bathroom and shower accessories for guest's convenience.

This is a newly opened property, so the equipments and facilities are new. However, the surrounding area seems to be unsafe. Car parking is also a problem as the underground parking is apparently not completed.

The hotel was not bad and cleanish, but unsafe location. night desk clerk very helpful and nice but behind bullet-proof glass, taxis do not go to this n'hood even when called but uber did. Stayed with child when Laguardia canceled all flights and no other closer hotel was available. Expedia distance is not accurate- far from airport 20 mins. 50 dollar cab.

Loved it!

I loved it! Everyone working there was amazing! Super friendly! The room was clean and very neatly arranged when we arrived. They would service it and clean it out everyday. I would definitely stay there again.

False advertising of bed size

I would never stay here again hotel is pretty much clean. I booked a room with a queen size bed and they gave me a room with a full-size bed. The person at the front desk claimed that it was a queen bed. It was a full-size bed I own a queen size bed that bed was not a queen size bed.

By far the worse place

1st off let me start with checking in. I reserved a balcony room upon checking in the man at the front desk goes to make sure the room is clean. Goes & comes back and hands me the room key for the room he just checked. I walk into room bed completely used towels all over the bathroom. I go back downstairs & tell him. He then questions me & goes checks the room again. Then apologizes & takes me to another room. As we are walking into the room he is still apologizing & said all he did was poke his head in the prior room & he really did not look properly. He states that it was the end of his shift & he was tired. Come to find out that all the front desk staff live in the hotel as well. So then the comfort of the beds are horrible & when I say horrible I mean like sleeping on rocks! My husband & I both woke up throughout the night with extreme back pain. Most uncomfortable pain ever. When I expressed my concerns they ignored it completely. I asked to speak with a manager to the same man at the front desk & he forgot to tell the manager. Then I asked for him to call me & I’m still waiting for the phone call. Tvs did not work in the room. The parking was 1st come 1st serve & then when you leave you are blocked in. Hotels should not even be offering this location on their site. The day of check out I asked for a later check out only an hour & the same man then told me he would have to charge me a late fee. I said I was doing a bad review he then changed his mind. Never stay!!!!!

Fordham graduation

Wonderful stay so we could attend graduation at Fordham. Staff/owners couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Close proximity to the school and all that Arthur Ave. has to offer.
