I overall really enjoyed our stay at Arlo. The location is phenomenal, the hotel staff are kind, and the lobby smells amazing which is always a nice reprieve. My only critique is that the resort fee is supposed to include a Citi Bike voucher and a $15 dining voucher, neither of which we received. The Citi bike code didn’t work and we weren’t told that the $15 only applies to one of two restaurant/bars the hotel had. Since the resort fee is steep, this was a bummer. Other than that I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay.

The staff could not of been any more helpful and even when we had a small issue, we received a complimentary $50 voucher to spend at the hotel. One of the best hotels in the New York City area, the view itself is worth staying here alone. Extremely convenient when it comes to a plethora of delicious restaurants, transportation, and convenient stores at any given moment.
