I was meant to receive a package on the last day of my trip. I informed the hotel staff of this package. When it arrived they claimed I was not an active guest at the hotel and the package got returned to sender with no way to stop it. The breakfast vouchers are a joke. If you don't like one of the food items (fruit or pastry) instead of substituting another food item, you get water so you LOSE OUT ON THE LITTE FOOD THEY ALREADY PROVIDE. The garage they have tries to charge you $75 dollars a day to park regardless of whether you have parking as part of your accommodations and seems to not communicate or coordinate with the hotel they're attached to at all. Overall the room was nice enough, though a bit beat up in places. The A/C worked well and was great to combat the 94 degree weather. Just don't trust the staff to help or bank on having breakfast at the hotel at all. They run out of food extremely early everyday.

I was so disappointed with the way the “situation” was handled. Apparently when booking the hotel my card didn’t go through because it was locked and chase was having issues at the time. Normally I get a call but I did not. When I got there the customer service and care was at a 2 at best. We then were told that we couldn’t stay because there were no more rooms and they did not even try to help find another in any way after being on line for 30 minutes. AND THE LINE! Ridiculous!! Overall need to do better with communication and I hope they do so in the future. Luckily I was able to get a hotel

We were allowed to check in early which was a huge benefit and the clerk was very friendly. However, the property is clearly showing it's age and undergoing renovations, but when a room is in a certain condition they should not rent it. There were so many things wrong with our room (1040), most notably an issue with the bath tub. There was actually water UNDER the tub and it was quite squishy when standing in it to shower. Also, the ceiling was stained and damaged from past water issues, broken tiles in the shower, handicap handle was broken away from the wall - I could go on (and I took pictures).

They wouldn’t answer the phones and cancelled our reservations while we were on the train on the way there. Got there and they did not honor the Expedia Price, charging almost $500 more for smaller rooms and smaller beds in the non-renovated section. The beds were sunken in the middle and the tub of one room had a hole in the tub and a broken lamp. The manager discounted it $50 a night to compensate, but that did not cover the extras they added.
