Room and hotel in general is very clean. We loved the public bath on the 17th floor. Location is excellent - right next to a subway stop (direct line to Taipei main station). The Howard Plaza Hotel Taipei
The hotel room was nice. Half of the rooms faced the inside of the hotel and half faced outside. My room had a nice, deep soaking bath tub. The location was easy access to the MRT. The breakfast was pretty bland
