"I came from Japan, and they let me leave my luggage with them starting the morning of my check-in. They also accommodated my request to skip breakfast on my last day, and whenever I had a little trouble, the staff immediately asked, “What’s the matter?” It was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much!"

"The access to the town hall and darling harbour is outstanding. Located in the possibly best place to go around in Sydney. They seemed to have elevator problem and said that the waiting time might be long, but wasn’t much of a problem during our stay. As always, the fire alarm went off, which seems casual thing in Australian apartments, so that’s pretty much like “back in Australia” feeling. The laundry/dryer in the room, kitchen is well set."
