Clean, wonderful "space" for an efficiency. Ridiculously awesome location too! Walk to the bar and restaurant on the beach. Walk across street to 7/11. DG market is close. Pizza across street. Very pleasant stay!

I wish I could upload the pictures I took. The furniture was stained and gross. The place smelled of mold. What was really upsetting was the pictures online were beautiful. It was in a good location for us. It was a nice space to stay. Cannot say it was overly clean, but it was clean. It did not have "luxuries" for sure, but it was all we needed.

Great house in a great spot. Everything was clean and tidy the rooms are nice sized and being just a block from the beach was amazing. Owner communicates very well and was obviously concerned about providing a great property. Five stars from us.
