A sweet, detached cottage located down a quiet lane in the coastal town of New Quay. Perfect couple retreat with picturesque walks from your doorstep. In the heart of New Quay which has restaurants, pubs, independent shops, harbour, and sandy beaches. Just a short walk from the Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.


Layout

Open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has large French doors looking out on to the small, hedged garden, with cosy seating, a TV and wooden floors and a wood burner to snuggle up to in front of after a day exploring the area. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment and washer/dryer along with a dining table for those romantic meals. Completing the ground floor is a shower room with shower and WC. Head up the oak staircase to the first floor, where you will find two armchairs in front of the bay window with views over Cardigan Bay.

Exterior

A traditional slate patio area, there is a bistro table and chairs under the palm tree. Off-road parking for one small car is available to the side of the property. Note: the garden is NOT secure.
