*HAD A LATE CANCELLATION, Message for possible Jazz Fest discount* Renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bath, and balcony. 12 ft high ceilings, hardwood floors. Marble bathroom with bathtub and shower. Kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. 12 bottle wine cooler. 50 inch 4k flat screen tv in living room. 40 inch LED on wall in master bedroom. Balcony with new outdoor furniture. Reserved off-street parking for guest. The Lafitte Greenway is about 5 blocks away and makes for a great bike ride all the way to the French Quarter. The city offers “Blue Bikes”for rent right next to the Greenway if you are interested in a bike ride to the French Quarter. Streetcar is 1 block away taking you to either Fairgrounds, City Park, or the French Quarter and 1 mile walk to the French Quarter. Four blocks from great bars like Wrong Iron, Bayou Beer Garden, and Finn McCools. 5 blocks to Bayou Saint John. 15 minute streetcar to City Park and the French Quarter. 1.7 miles away from the Superdome. Great central location for everything you want to do. I personally manage the unit and strive to make sure everyone has the best possible experience. *Please read full listing description in relation to pets. Our family stayed over Mardi Gras and the property was great. Close to all areas of the city. Bonus was that it is only one block from Canal Street and the Krewe of Endymion, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Matt was a fantastic host, and his place was just right for us. Highly recommend.

Great spot for a home base visiting New Orleans for the weekend. You are close to the Street Car and have great options for dining and drinking near the house in Mid-City. The property manager responds quickly and while we did not need anything while we were visiting we knew we could reach out if needed. The beds were comfy and the house is spacious. The area is well lit if you are walking back at night.

House is just this side of historic, a super charming apartment w/ high ceilings, kitchen with full kit if you're staying a while, updated bathroom and comfortable beds. The balcony is also such a bonus! Really enjoyed being able to ride streetcar down to Bourbon St and then come home to sleep off the party in a quiet neighborhood.

It was exactly what we hoped, and in an excellent location! My mother was with us and said she slept better there than at home-the beds were that comfortable. It was clean and so nice. Our host gave clear instructions and was easy to communicate with our entire stay. We will definitely be back, and hope to stay here again! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in Mid-City New Orleans - convenient to so much that the city has to offer. Great restaurants and two Irish Pubs within walking distance. Areas along Norman C. Francis Parkway and Lafitte Greenway to exercise and walk our two dogs as well. A quiet part of town to use as home base for exploring the city!

This was a comfortable property. Dog friendly with a great dog walking loop and within fifteen minutes from almost everywhere. Nice to come home at the end of a hot day touring the city. Local dining options and grocers are nearby. Spacious rooms separated by a shared great room made for nice privacy for both couples. Way more amenities than you can get at a hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay with our dogs. We were allowed to park in the driveway our whole stay. The house is so close to the trolly (grab a jazzy pass if you are going to be using it frequently) there is also a great brunch location down the street as well as the creole Cafe. Check in process was super easy and the owner was very good with communicating with us. Property was very clean and was full of new orleans style. Can't wait to come back!

Our first night the driver side window of our rental car was smashed in. Spent our first morning filling police report and dealing with our rental car company. The property was clean and the manager very responsive. We enjoyed a ghost tour and the WWII museum very much. The property is very close to street car for easy transportation through the city. Overall okay trip

This house is old but is as exactly as the photos depict. The location is great! The streetcar, and several bars and restaurants were all within walking distance. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. Matt is an excellent property manager/owner! He was very quick to respond with questions we had. Be aware that the steps are not for the faint of heart and to get to the balcony you must crawl through a window. We however had no issues with either. Thanks Matt for a great week!
