Homewood Suites by Hilton New Orleans French Quarter
Buffet breakfast was perfect. They refilled all the food in a timely manner, so always enough for everyone. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Our bathroom light went out and maintenance came immediately to fix the issue. Definitely would stay again!

Bourbon Orleans Hotel
The service at the restaurant was lacking. The promptness of the wait staff wasn’t very good. There is no hostess seating people and we were served after people who were there 10 minutes after us.

Room was not very clean, reserved a city view room with had a view of parking garage and side of 2 buildings of which windows had to stay closed and not useful due to being tremendously dirty and smudged. Obvious water damage seen of walls with curtains when open, glass door in bathroom not wiped ...
