「The location is great. The check in staff was very kind and helpful. There were however several issues: no remote control for the TV in the room and when one was brought it didn’t work to turn the TV on or off only to change channels.
Many items for breakfast were not available (coffee machine broken, no milk alternatives, out of black tea). Then there was a power outage and we had neither power nor water for more than 3 hours. When both were restored there was no warm water even after another...
