Check-in took a really long time and they made me pay for my 2 rooms separately. Also, even though the reservation was under my name, every adult had to be present and show ID to get additional keys. Aside from that, hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet offered a large variety of foods. It was always busy, but the staff managed it well.

Close to EVERYTHING!! Great location. Please book with their breakfast. It’s wonderful, views great. No issues. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful.

Excellent stay, very clean spacious rooms. Location is great - close to everything. Only downfall was the bathroom, very tiny with a pedestal sink right next to the toilet, not great for women who need to get ready.

The staff at all levels was very helpful, friendly and efficient. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a stone’s throw from Lincoln Center. It’s an old building and our room smelled a little musty, but its charm and location far outweighed any downside. I will definitely stay there again.
