「We were there for the Common Ground Fair in Unity. We spent very little time in the facility, 2 short evenings only, but we loved the peace and quiet of the countryside 」

「The place was clean and all in order. The view was lovely, and access to pool and hot tub very easy. The Alchemist brewery is very close, as is Girakofi, and both are excellent. Would stay here again.」

「You can’t beat the location, but other reviews which complain about the poor quality of the sleeper sofa, outdated decor, and lack of silverware are accurate. Overall, we had a great holiday skiing vacation, but the room didn’t add to the experience.」

「I could not stay there during the arctic snowstorm of 2026. I did stop by to check it out. It remained unshoveled for the days I would have had it. Inside was quaint, good layout, natural light from windows. Modern large shower and super clean. Unwalkable because of piled up snow but restaurants, grocery, sufficient. I had to eat the cost of the unused week and wished we could have worked out a plan to return at another time. That would have made it a 5 star rating. 」

Easy access to walking trails just a five minute drive away - the snow kept our walks short but we hope be back in the spring to take full advantage. 「Location, location, location! We had 2 teens, 2 younger kids, and 2 adults and we had more than enough space for all of us. The condo was well-kept and had hot water. We used the kitchen a ton and it had all we needed. The fireplace was a very nice addition and the teenagers literally took naps on the floor below it since it was so cozy. There was a minor issue with a bathroom sink, but Deb (the owner) was SO communicative and was quick to respond. The condo was clean, modern, and a perfect...

「Communication with property management was problematic. Specifically, I wanted assurances that pots and pans, if non-stick, were in good shape (i.e. no heavy wear and tear and scuffs). They said “yes” but that wasn’t the case when we got there. But if you talk to the local management, they are responsive. Also, the elevator was broken during the whole stay!We got our steps in but it was more work than I wanted.Finally, one morning, the smoke alarm in the hallway went off for no reason....
