「We cancelled 2 days after making the reservation and host refused to refund the cost and then continued to communicate as if we were still planning to travel. The impending cyclone snow bomb was intimidating us to travel so we cancelled quickly after booking. I checked the insurance box in the reservation and now just found out that the insurance was never processed. Terrible experience」
