「I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed. WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. Shower was great. 「It was an amazing vacation however the food service was extremely slow multiple times . Breakfast would be finished and the drinks never showed up. That happen twice. You order a sandwich and it took 45-1 hour multiple times throughout the week .」

「I have been to many resorts and this is the first time i have had issues with my stay. The lack of dining options, lack of staff enthusiasm to assist and be informative and the lack of entertainment options was shocking. All inclusive's tend to have all night options for the previously stated. We also tried to book an excursion and the "coms" were down making it really difficult to get it done. ATM didn't dispense cash and there was no push from the staff for work arounds. The drinks were...
