"Odalar berbat kokuyordu. Oda halıları kirliydi, lambaların kenarı örümcek tutmuştu. Bari misafir geliyor diye söyle bir toz alsaydınız(( ayrıca Sanırım kapıları açık bırakıyorlar ve kediler yataklarda kalmış. Havlular sapsarı, jakuzi kirli. 3 gün kaldığımız odada 1 gün bile temizlik yapılmadı. Tuvalet kâğıtı yedek yoktu, odada çöpler alınmıyordu. Kahvaltı zaten Allah’a emanet… peynirlerin üzerinde siyah noktalar, kaşarın etrafı küflenmişti. Türkiye’nin her yerini gezdim. İlk defa böyle bir şey...

"Amazing hotel with a very nice service and a very good breakfast. There is also a parking only for the customers. The Gate is close and open by the staff. If you go in Nevsehir or nerby this hotel is perfect."

"The only challenge was there was not available staff to attend to our needs, on checking in, no one at the reception for 30mins, communication barrier as staff finally available speaks very little English,on checking out, no staff to hand over keys and we had a taxi waiting to take us to airport. "The receptionist helped me after Expedia booked the wrong night. Be careful when you book just after midnight if you want to stay that night. Expedia will book you for that day with a check in of 2 PM. The receptionist gave me the same rate Expedia gave me. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with a great selection. This hotel has six buildings with 144 rooms. It has a nice swimming pool, too, with a children's wading pool"

"Beautiful room, with comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. This was a couples trip and we upgraded the room to include a soaking tub, which was nice. Very helpful staff who connected us to activities in the area and even drove us to a whirling dervish show. Easy to park on the street. Would recommend to others and stay here again."
