We arrived @0430, staff were generous with helping us w bags and walked us to our room--tired. We stayed in Honeymoon suite, Jacuzzi/Shower great, spacious, AirCon worked well, comfy bed. Breakfast was a blend of local fare and European, sweets were made by staff.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is close to everything. Compared to other hotels staff was not the most helpful with tours or welcoming. Expensive place for not that great hospitality

Great place to stay if visiting the Cappadocia area. Great location, close to Goreme centre, very close to where hot air balloons and caves / tours are. We also went horse riding. There are many other activities nearby too which Goreme Inn and their great staff can help to arrange. Lovely place and really helpful lovely people. Ali in particular was very helpful and responsive to answer any queries, arrange airport transfer, early check-in. He helped us arrange all our activities. All activities were excellent and with professional people. Rooms were great. We booked 2 honeymoon suites and they were spacious and had lovely features. Breakfast was great with a range of options and the 2 ladies were very friendly and helpful. Ali also gave us a lovely NY gift - small box of yummy chocolates. Overall it summarised the level of care and personal touch. It felt more like staying with friends than anything. I would highly recommend and hope to come back if possible in future. Thanks Ali and to the entire Goreme Inn team.

Pretty dated property but clean. With the exception of Ali at the front desk, staff were non engaging. Thu would not even offer to take our bags to the room or bring them back. Pictures over promise and under deliver. Breakfast is included but there’s hardly anything. Omelette is extra.

Very unique city and surroundings. Cave hotels are something different. The areas surrounding us very dusty due to construction of roads and other properties. Staff were very helpful

Nice location, staffs. Terrible Wifi & breakfast
Location is good. We booked King bed but agreed to take Double bed as it was available earlier around 12.30pm. They checked us in earlier than check in time. Room was fine except the comforter is too small for double bed, not big enough to cover for 2 persons. There is a blanket cover in the closet, but its heavy and firm unlike the comforter. So we asked for a bigger/extra comforter but given Another blanket which we didn’t want. Only one side lamp was given so we had to ask for another side lamp. Wifi was very weak, many times it comes and goes. But the most disappointing part is breakfast. They literally served only scrambled egg as hot dish 1st day we were there, and local flatbread for 2nd day, the rest are cold food and very limited. It’s one of the worst breakfast for us to be honest. Looked at all beautiful pics of delicious breakfast with beautiful views in Cappadocia we expected that but this breakfast wasn’t even close. Staffs were nice and friendly. They helped to book Balloon tour for next day.

We are not happy about this situation either.. Considering the air pollution caused by coal smoke in the winter period, this process seems bearable.. Nice clean rooms but the bed sheets and outside the hotel was dusty with lots of construction. Nice location and one see from your hotel room the hot air balloons early in the morning

I wouldnt recommend this hotel! The AC wasn’t working and when we called the front desk they said it would work in 10 mins, but it never did. While having breakfast, I found a worm on my cucumber and the olives had fungus on them!!!!!

Fantastic!
Gorgeous hotel with great view of the rock formations. Perfect for sitting on the terrace with a glass of local wine or a cold beer. Rustic look with modern conveniences. Breakfast was fresh, filling, and a great start to the day. Our spacious room had a heated stone floor (which was a nice surprise). Staff are friendly and ready to help. Central to everything but far enough away to be peaceful.

One of the best in Goreme
I was blown away by the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are some of the friendliness I have encountered. I accidentally left some cash in a room without realizing and they contacted me, and wired it to me! Unbelievable. I would stay here again again.

Very good hotel few minutes walk from downtown

Its a lovely cave hotel. Cheerful helpful and smiling receptionist Mr Ali was very helpful in arranging our pickup and drop to airport. Room were very comfortable and breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and smiling and helpful staff helping in toasting the bread and serving juice and coffee!! Location is excellent. City centre is at 5 min walk

Extremely spacious room which was well appointed and perfectly situated. The manager, Ali, really saved our vacation. Our balloon tour was cancelled for the day we booked but Ali arranged to find us another spot for the following day at a respectable price, when most travel agencies either had no availability or were charging a ridiculous mark up.

Intrepid Traveler Review of Cappadocia
It is a great boutique hotel with excellent service and wonderful breakfast located close to "downtown". I would recommend this hotel, but do note that this hotel is geared more to families and couples as opposed to friends.

Friendly staff & very helpful. Location is great. Walking distance to restaurants & away from the noise of the town. Very comfortable beds. I stayed w/ my mom & sister & room was perfect for the three of us. Great breakfast. They also have an excellent tour guy, for private tours in case you don't have much time & want to customize your tour.

We arrived at 10 am any they gave us a room as soon as we arrived. The breakfast is excellent. They arranged us a hot air balloon reservation, even though it was fully booked. Unfortunately, it was windy that day and the balloons we're cancelled. They arranged us a good plan for our trip in the city for the 2 days we stayed. The location is excellent in Goreme even though the view is not so good. No iron is available or delevered to the room, it you want to use the iron, you have to go to the laundry room in particular hours. There is good free parking for the hotel. Even though the room cleaning is excellent, the air conditioning is not so good.

Beautiful stay in Göreme
It was a truly amazing experience. Only issue was that the airport pick up didn't work out as planned which was a bit upsetting as we arrived late at night. I don't blame the hotel staff as they were very helpful. Seems like the hired pick up shuttle messed it up. Other than that the hotel service before and during the stay was extraordinary.
