    With a view of the Vienna Woods and overlooking Neulengbach, this beautiful, modern-style, fully renovated vacation apartment is sunny and just a few minutes’ walk from the town center with its shops. Located on the first floor, this stylishly furnished 55 m² apartment consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen and dining area, as well as 1 bedroom and a bathroom. It also features a south-facing balcony with a magnificent view. The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed. The high-quality furnishings and warm decor ensure that you’ll feel right at home. The apartment also features fly screens and electric exterior blinds. In short, a beautiful vacation apartment where you can truly enjoy your stay. The apartment’s location is perfect—sunny and just a few steps from the center of Neulengbach, centrally located in the Vienna Woods. You can reach the western part of Vienna in about 30 minutes or travel conveniently by train. The train station is within walking distance. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to the regional capital, St. Pölten. There are wonderful hiking trails in and around Neulengbach, or you can explore the area by bike.
    You’re also welcome to charge your electric or hybrid car here. You’ll need a 400-volt, 3-phase, 16-amp connection for this. Electricity usage will be billed separately.

    You can park your car right in the parking lot in front of the house.

Wir hatten mit dieser Wohnung einen Glücksgefühl. Ich habe schon lang nicht mehr so gut schlafen können, wie in diesem Bett. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und es war alles da, was man so benötigt. Alles war super, die Nähe zu Wien, toll. Wir kommen wieder.

Es ist eine sehr schöne saubere modere FW. Fr. Gastmayr ist sehr liebe nette Vermieterin. Wir hatten das Glück sie persönlich zu treffen. Die FW liegt zentral, viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind sehr nah. Ausflüge nach Wien machten wir 5x. Ein kleiner Tip an alle, welche Wien besuchen wollt, kauft euch die City Card. Es gibt viele Rabatte, die sehr nützlich sind. 72 std. Card, und ihr habt die 60 Euro innerhalb dieser Zeit ausgekostet. Alle öffentl. Verkehrmittel frei, rabatte auf Restaurants 20%, Rabatte auf Kombi Eintrittskarten (Schönbrunn, Sightseingbus, uvm.)Wir haben uns so richtig erholt und wohlgefühlt in der FW von Fr. Gastmayr. Herzlichen Dank. Tanja und Jürgen aus Deutschland RLP
