The hotel is a little run down and would benefit greatly from redecoration. Our family room was tiny. On balance the location is fantastic, the hotel is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. If you use a hotel as a place to sleep as your out doing stuff all day then this hotel is great. If you want more from a hotel than a bed and a bathroom this may not be the place for you.

Stuff are very kind and respectful. Room was very clean and breakfast was nice as well.

This hotel was very quirky and inviting. The staff were lovely. There are thoughtful touches like freah fruit water in the lobby, and a hammock on the bar's balcony, and a reckrd player in the room. I look forward to coming back

Clean room and very helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent bed, clean room and great location away from the very busy streets of Ermou, yet just a 15min walk away from the busy centre. The staff were very polite and the breakfast was good too, particularly the egg menu.
