"The communal pool which was opposite the villa had showers and toilts, the pool was huge with comfortable beds around it. Quite a few tiles had come away on the bottom of the pool in rhe shallow end, but apart from that it was a great addition to the holiday. 5 mins drive to the centre of town with 3 good sized public car parks. The villa itself was very cool and comfortable."

"28 days of relaxation, villa is in a quiet area & fairly private in the garden. Didn’t use the communal pool, it looked clean, preferred to go to the local beaches and used the chairs and umbrellas plus the cool boxes that were at the villa. Ideal situation for the Tuesday farmers market & Sunday flea market. 20mins walk to the Balcon but longer back as it’s all uphill, good excuse to sample the local bars en route. Owner was very quick to respond to my questions before we went."

"Great villa with everything you need, pool amazing, beds a little soft than I prefer but personal preference. It is a convenient location although only 1 small issue being that you have to use an unmade road with steep hill and tight turns to get to it... Once there, no problem but would be more tricky with a larger car.. A car is essential as advertised… Would recommend.."

"The villa is beautiful and well equipped. I would recommend hiring a car as the hill is very big! The views are stunning and its easy to get to town and the beach. The supermarket is just at the bottom of the hill. Communication with the host was excellent putting us at ease should we need anything."

"We found the house very comfortable for 6 adults. Air conditioning was amazing, especially after a day on the beach. It’s a climb up to the house from the beach, a car isn’t essential as there are taxis ready available to take you home, if I returned I would consider hiring a car. . We found the house very relaxing, we also enjoyed the communal pool which was often quiet. Beds were very comfortable. You do have to use one of the bedrooms to access the pool, this was fine for our party of 6....

"Pleasant property high above Nerja with gorgeous views. Lots of space to relax both indoors and outside. Wonderful to sit in the hot tub and admire the view or have breakfast on the large balcony as the sun rose. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room give an amazing view. Whenever issues came up, the rental company was highly responsive and solution oriented. Can't say enough good things about them. Property could probably stand with a wee bit of updating and tlc, but overall it is just...

"The villa with large lounges, covered verandah with tables to seat 14 was easily large enough to enjoyably accommodate 12 of us, two grandparents, three children and their partners and four grandchildren aged 2-11. "We had an excellent stay at Las Palomas 2. Everything was as in the ad, and commnication with host, when needed, has been very smooth. Only problem we experienced was some wifi-issues first days (big crisis for the teens), but that was due to general network problems overall. The appartement has a secluded location, yet it is only a 4 minutes drive from nearest grocery store and a few more minutes from Nerja city centre. We for sure would love to come back again for another holiday :-) !"

"This villa is ideal for a family. Spacious, cool, really well equipped, meticulously clean & completely fenced in. (ideal for small children and our little dog) The pool area and garden is very well tended & is a relaxing place to spend a few hours. The location is very quiet with excellent parking availability. It's a trek to the main beach/shopping/restaurant area but there's a bus nearby & taxis are easily available."

"Accommodating located very close to Beach and easy walk to The Bacon. Plenty of excellent restaurants and bars in the local vicinity at reasonable prices. Popular restaurants need reservations especially on Mondays. The accommodation was very spacious and a “home from home” feeling. Roof terrace was main socially used with great views of the the Mediterranean and Mountains. Local area was hilly and it keeps you fit with many steps. Excellent holiday and would return to Nerja soon."
