Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The service level at this hotel is terrible. Don’t be deceived with the beautiful surrounding forests and the well marketed architecture. There is almost no service. The staff is like floating clueless ghosts and everywhere in the hotel is freezing. The food is also terrible. Nawelpi is certainly not a 5 star hotel. I’d like to meet the person who gave 5 stars to this hotel. At best it’s 3 stars. The indifferent attitude of the staff is unforgivable. In the room, almost nothing works.

Viele versteckte Zusatzkosten (10 USD pro Nacht Rezeptionsgebühr, 10% Trinkgeld auf Zimmerpreis etc.). Anlage ist alt und in überholungsbedürftigem Zustand. Service der Rezeption ist schlecht (mit einzelnen Ausnahmen). Würde zukünftig eine anderes Hotel wählen. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ideal für Outdooraktivitäten.
