Everything here was fantastic, from the expansive breakfast to the great customer service, especially front desk guy, Martin, and breakfast attendant ( sorry, forgot his name!) Clean rooms and lobby, convenient walking distance to Milwaukee Public Market and downtown. Our new favorite in Milwaukee!

The first experience we had was Ying greeting us at check in, and he was delightful! Very helpful in guiding us about parking, how breakfast will work, and the amenities of the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, and the view of the city was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and with a wide variety of options and (I think his name was Mark?) at breakfast asked us about our plans (a masquerade ball!) the first morning and then remembered them and followed up the next morning to ask how it went! 11/10! Will absolutely stay here again!
