「The stay was great, the water in the pool were cold. Hotels.com made us a lot of trouble. Although they declaired the price includeed fees and taxes it didn't. So we had to add extra 18% for taxes.」

「We chose the Leonardo because of the facilities and the great location on the beach. We weren't disappointed. While no longer the top of the upper tier of hotels in Eilat, the Leonardo is still quite nice, well cared for, and a great place to make your home while enjoying Eilat. 」

「I have stayed at many 5 star properties but the level of customer appreciation in this family friendly hotel would put them to shame. Any request was responded to promptly and with a smile. Employees seemed happy and that translated into service. Kudos to the manager. We were a large group(3 suites- 5 adults and 3 children). Meals were buffet style with food options for vegans, vegetarians and children always available. I would definitely come back.」
