The couch was very small and uncomfortable so there were no good seating areas that were comfortable besides the table which only had 4 chairs. Then the bathroom shower was absolutely tiny. The shower was so small it was almost impossible to shave your legs. The beds were comfortable but one of the sheets had a stain on them. Parking was ok, just read the ok placed to park and send them your vehicle info asap. Check in was smooth, check out smoother. Only slight critique is even with the ac going at 66 degrees the upstairs felt hot still and warm, they do have a fan as an additional circulator but still was warm. The bed was wonderful and the temperature was very comfortable. Centrally located and very walkable. Caution to anyone who has mobility challenges, the stairs to the second level where the bedrooms are located are steep. "The walls where dirty as long as you went down to the counter they were very helpful. If you called them on the phone, you constantly get put on, hold. And it was very horrible experience i don't even know if I was talking to anyone. It was actually in the hotel it seemed like they were off sight. ..."
