「The staff are amazingly helpful, polite and friendly. They made us feel incredibly welcome despite our very late arrival. The waterhole, good and service are great and this has been our experience in Kenya so far. Love the overnight buzzer system which alerts you based on number of buzzes as to which animals have arrived at the waterhole The Ark needs new windows and the shower takes a while to warm up. 「It’s impossible to find fault with our stay at Mutara Camp. Our party of three had a car accident on the way, and Dido and Lilomo drove out at night to Rumuruti to pick two of us up - an hour each way on bad roads. The chef had stayed up to cook us a hot meal when we arrived after 11pm, which was very welcome. That level of service was maintained throughout our stay and Dido even helped our son navigate his way through the bureaucracy of the crash. All without knowing any of us beforehand. The...
