"A beautifully kept villa in Nazaret, great views towards the coast and of the mountains. Large outside space with numerous areas to eat or to catch the sun. Lovely pool which was a good size, clean and refreshing. The villa was perfect for us (family of 4), a good size, very clean and everything that you need to have a great holiday. "Nous avons été reçus comme des rois: petites attentions dès notre arrivée, un appartement très bien agencé, délicatement parfumé avec tout le confort que l'on attendait. Notre hôte a été des plus accueillants et nous a même accompagné à l'aéroport à 5h45 du matin suite au désistement de notre taxi. Plus qu'une adresse, c'est un joli cocon que vous trouverez. Nous recommandons +++"

"First time in lanzarote and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel . The staff were really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Food was plentiful and a good selection, the pool was fantastic and spotlessly clean and if you like the beach it's just a short walk from the hotel . Rooms were large and really comfortable, so we will definitely book again for next year .thank you floresta..."

10/10 Excellent

"Great stay"

Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa - Adults Only (+18) - Hyatt Inclusive Collection

8/10 Good

"We really liked our two weeks at the hotel. my wife and I. I was however more than slightly unhappy by the lack of heating in the pools, which I reported through Expedia as well as not being offered a VIP upgrade or a few hours late checkout. The hotel guest services came back to me within hours and while it didn't make the pools warmer it did make us feel hugely better. Part of the remedy included the later checkout. I have to say the hotel restaurants have a have fantastically extensive menus with dishes which are genuinely fresh and well prepared. With staff who were always polite and flawless in their services. Added to which the hotel IT system clearly worked very well as the staff at a restaurant or bar would ask how was such a thing we had asked about relating to our minibar for example. It made us feel that what we said mattered and was being taken seriously. The other thing to keep in mind is that the hotel offers a really extensive range of activities which you need to log onto the app to know about. These including but not limited to, shooting, archery, cooking, mixing drinks, tennis. The list really is long. This was the first time we have stayed at a Secrets hotel, and we think it may not be our last. I would certainly recommend the Lanzarote Secrets."

Arrecife Gran Hotel & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"Great first impression, lobby is beautifully presented and smells lovely, check in nice and relaxed with seats and drinks! Room was fantastic, very spacious, great sea view (especially at sunrise!), comfy and large bed, clever and well thought out controls. Breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, lots of options every night with different themes giving plenty of variety, and always some plain options for picky eaters Pool and bar/grill area was great, with more tasty food and gorgeous views over the beach. Hydrothermal circuit in the spa was lovely and relaxing, we particularly liked the recommended order to help those less experienced get the most benefit, and the pool had so many different features that gave massage-like experiences. All staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and spoke good english"
