I had an outstanding stay at Hilton Garden Inn. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive—they made me feel welcomed right away and were always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made my stay feel relaxing and stress-free. I especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was clean, modern, and inviting. Every area, from the lobby to the dining space, reflected a high standard of care and attention to detail. The amenities were convenient and added to the overall experience. Very clean everywhere. Nice staff. Nice amenities.

Emerald Isle is currently under construction as of March 2026. There is only one active elevator which creates long wait times. The unit was good, bit many outlets were not working. Property management moved us to a new resort (Portofino Island), which was great. I will book there instead next time.
