"The young lady who is the manager (sorry, I am very bad at remembering names) but she was exceptionally kind, informative, and helpful, She provided a map, gave me some useful info to get around the area and also, provided the breakfast ticket for the next day; however, I missed it due to my very early flight. The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were incredibly clean and comfortable. The aircon was pleasant and quiet, and I loved having the small balcony overlooking the main entrance. The location is excellent, situated close to many landmarks, dining options, and public transport. It was incredibly convenient to walk everywhere and especially to the Airport Shuttle Bus just around the corner, which was a lifesaver for my early morning flight. Despite being located in a busy area, the room was perfectly quiet. I didn't hear a thing and slept soundly without any disturbances. Thank you...Lovely Manager!!! 😊"
