"The room is small but makes brilliant use of space. I like how the door to the bathroom is also the door to the shower. Genius! The vending machine in the lobby gives you access to conversion plugs, contraceptives, and great snacks too. The staff members are friendly and super helpful. If you’re traveling as one person (or a cozy couple), it is an excellent choice."
"very convenient for MECC , easy walk to Maastricht and bus right outside the door if you want. also train about 200m that is on mainline. Hotel good quality and good rooms , nice spa and breakfast. staff very friendly and seems to be fluent in Eng French, Dutch, German, Flemish etc. recommend for MECC events "
"This was not my first stay at the Derlon but it is my first review. The Derlon is by far my favorite stay in NL. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is an easy walk from the train station and all about the town. The breakfast area is basically a private archeological viewing of when the city was built. Highly recommend. "
"The room had nice upper end perks like high end toiletries but lacked in other ways, namely: the wooden floor did not look clean, the sloped ceiling leaked when it rained, the soap dispenser didn’t fully function and the aircon made a loud and disruptive pumping noise every few minutes when in use.
