"I stayed at the Marriott Guyana for 4 nights. After traveling for 14 hours from Los Angeles, I was grateful for the quick and easy check in. The room was spacious and clean. Marriott typically delivers in all aspects and this location is no exception. The true value of this particular hotel lies in its staff though. I can’t sing their praises enough - the gentleman taxi driver, Anthony at the front desk and Alicia C & Amanda Wong in dining provided top tier customer service. Those are just a few of the names I remember of an entire staff of some of the friendliest and most accommodating people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. This is the most comfortable I’ve ever been abroad. I’m already making arrangements to come back."

"The attention and support we received from the manager was second to none. This was a work trip and a stay of several days. My team doesn't speak English, but Vanessa made herself understood and provided a lot of support so the engineers wouldn't have any problems with transportation or finding groceries. The place was very comfortable and very safe."
