Room was nice and clean.
We had an issue with our room key and while the staff let us hang in another room for over an hour; it was very inconvenient as it was late and we had an early flight and just wanted to go to bed. No explanation, just a cursory "sorry".

This property surprised us. Clean, well-managed, and very well situated hotel across the street from the Hotel del Coronado. The room was spacious, clean, and had a small kitchen, which made our day! It is an old property lacking some accessibility options. The wi-fi is also very spotty, necessitating and room change. Otherwise, this was a very nice property we would stay at again.
