The property is clean, the staff is very frienddly and helpful and the breakfast is delicious. You have to try the tapioca made from scratch right in front of you. Yummy! I'll definetly be back for more.

Clean room, attentive breakfast staff. The bartender close to the pool was not well equipped and did not know how to make a pina colada. The bed had only one sheet and a dirty comforter. Usually there are 2 sheets so you don’t see the dirty comforter but this hotel only provides 1 sheet. Very friendly and helpful check in staff.

Best hotel in natal
I have stayed here multiple times, always the pleasure. The staff is very accommodating upon check-in, and helpful with any request. The rooms have got to be the best in all of natal, beds are super comfortable, really nice sheets and comforter. Room service has definitely gotten better over the years, but the breakfast buffet is always the highlight of my stay. Great spot.

I like the Front Desk staff.. all of them.. super friendly, intellectual & helpful... but I didn't like the House keeping & Room service staff.. none of them.. I like the room size & furniture & layout & view.. but didn't like its maintenance. We had a severe 'water supply' issue at our bathroom, NO COLD WATER.. we claimed it daily.. but it was not fixed.. this is our only major complaint!! I like the breakfast quality, quantity & variety.. but I suggest simple changes to the menu items every 2 days (we stayed 8 days). I suggest adding at least 1 English TV channel (or Brazilian with English subtitle).. be it news or movies or entertainment. All in all, we love our stay at Golden Tulip Natal and we enjoyed every minute of it.

Upn arrival we noticed that the room was not very clean, we were booked in a room with a scafolding in front of the windows, the windows were dirty. Then we requested to chage rooms, they gave us a room for elderly or physically challenged people. The bathroom was constanly wet and we had to request more towels to dry the floor.

The only problem, was the information in the elevator, for the floors. The floor information in the elevators, didn't match what was on each floor. Also, the elevator information didn't display, you needed to push two different buttons to go to the garage.

Incrível hotel
Hotel delicioso super bem localizado! Café da manhã excelente com tapioca e omeletes feitos na hora. Excelente hotel em Ponta Negra
Incrível! Localização privilegiada, equipe muito cordial e simpática, garagem com manobrista 24h, suites lindas e modernas, banheiros tb modernos e com banho agradável. Café da manhã muito bom e restaurante com pratos interessantes e saborosos. Poucos pontos para melhorar o que já é ótimo: 1) Aquecimento da piscina, que tem uma água muito gelada porque pega muita sombra 2) Academia pode reformular aparelhos, pq os que tem lá não permitem um treino completo minimamente razoável. Seria interessante janelas basculantes, porque é tão quente que o ar condicionado não dá conta. 3) TV poderia ter mais canais.
