The unit was clean and comfortable. The mattress was really comfortable although a bit high if you are vertically challenged.
You can walk to Broadway in about 15 minutes and there are some good restaurants a block or two away. The laundry room was clean, just be sure to use the pay system, it gives you a $5 credit for the machines.
I would love to give 5 stars for the host and the unit. The location was a bit sketchy, especially at night. I cant say for sure but it sounded like gun shots outside followed by people yelling a lot. The bedroom is on the street side so a few nights it was loud. I don't recommend walking at night, there's construction everywhere and people sleeping under the bridges. There's nothing you can do about the neighborhood, but it needs to be noted.
A few minor repairs are needed for the kitchen faucet and toilet seat. The seat is not real snug and slid off the side easily. The cleaner should check under the bed. I dropped an earing and considered leaving when i saw the herd of dust bunnies underneath.
Overall I would stay there again, it's a nice place, the host was responsive and we had no problems. If you struggle carrying bags up the stairs be aware this unit is on the third floor, there's no elevator at least i didn't find one.
I'd rate this unit 3.5.
