This home is brand new, newly furnished, three story, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home.



Each of the 4 bedrooms features beds ranging from twin size to king. There are additional sleeping options in the spacious living room as well as full-size air mattresses.



There are 4 full bathrooms each with a large walk-in tiled shower and spacious vanity perfect for getting ready for a night-out on the town!



We supply all the kitchen necessities, so you can cook or simply enjoy your takeout! We have everything from pots and pans, coffee essentials, storage containers, wine glasses, and even a bartending kit. Ordering in is easy too – Uber Eats, Doordash, and Postmates are all popular food delivery apps that will bring the food to your doorstep.



Our living room features a record player and a collection of popular vinyl albums, as well as a karaoke machine, board games, a deck of cards, and smart TV so your nights-in will be as enjoyable as your nights out.



Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are all provided to make your stay as carefree as possible.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
