This is the right side of a duplex (unit B). Guests have full privacy and do not share any indoor space. Please reach out to us if you are also interested in renting Unit A next door.



We are a pet-friendly home. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance and select the number of pets you are bringing. We allow up to two dogs. If you have any other type of pet or more than two dogs, please reach out before booking. These are approved on a case-by-case basis. Our standard pet fee is $75, which covers 2 dogs for up to 4 nights. Anything beyond that, you will be charged a separate fee after booking of $15 per night per pet.



After booking, we will also send you a pet agreement that will need to be signed before your arrival. It basically asks guests to follow these guidelines:



- Pick up after dog droppings

- Do not allow the dog to bark excessively

- Do not allow dogs on furniture or beds

- Don’t leave animals unsupervised, unless they are in a crate.

- Put pet sheets on furniture

- Pets must be housebroken

- Crate the dog if left unattended indoors for a long period of time.

- Groom the dog before the trip and vacuum after your pet if it sheds excessively

- The dog must be up-to-date on immunizations



*If these guidelines are not followed, guests will be charged the extra fee for cleaning.



A $200 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was clean, comfortable, and homey. It was within about 1/2 hour of everything we wanted to do and see. Great location in a quiet residential neighborhood.

I came to Franklin and stayed in the most charming cottage in a very desirable neighborhood that was only minutes from downtown Franklin! Would stay again and would highly recommend to anyone!!!

The house is exactly as listed and was close to historic Franklin in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again if available the next time we are up there

Great neighborhood, great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Gretchen was wonderful to work with and very quick to respond to questions! The house is so cute and comfortable. It was very clean and well supplied. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and you can walk to several coffee shops which was nice. It’s also close to downtown Franklin. We brought our dogs and it worked out perfectly. There’s no fence around the yard but that wasn’t really an issue for us. We would absolutely stay again!! Great house!! Great host!! Highly recommend!

Quiet, convenient, cozy

The stay in Franklin was more than pleasurable. We had a great time even for a work trip. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors friendly. The duplex was super clean and had all the creature comforts of home. Beds were comfy too. You can get almost anywhere in Franklin from this location in 5min. The property manager was awesome at communicating and a pleasure to deal with.

Convenient location for the price

We stayed here while moving to a nearby home . Minimally updated but all the conveniences we needed. We brought own high chair. Didn’t use the third bedroom. Much better price than hotels
