Enjoyed this place. It was really nice and we loved the location! Quiet neighborhood and if you want to get to broadway, which we did, we just had a 15 min walk. Loved it.
The apartment was very clean and well decorated. Amenities were great, pool was clean and easily accessible and so was the gym. We had a great time and was a short distance to downtown.
2 bedroom/ 2 bath property exactly as advertised. Location close enough to all the bars and venues but far enough away to relax. Will certainly return.
Property was just as described. Great stay. Plenty of food and drink in the immediate area. Broadway Street entertainment is an easy 15-20 minute walk.

Highly recommend the Gulch area and Pine Street Apartments! Milk and Honey was our favorite breakfast restaurant. We walked to Broadway everyday. We will be coming back to Nashville again for sure!!
We had a wonderful visit!! Everything was fantastic! The only issue we had was there was construction directly outside the condo and we were on the first floor. Obviously this isn’t a permanent thing. The location was in walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and shops!
Property just as listed. Amanda was prompt at answering any queries. Clean inside the building and inside the condo. Check in and out instructions were great. Very safe area. We never cooked in the condo so I can’t speak to that. We loved Two Hands for breakfast. I will stay here again.

My son and I visited Nashville for a birthday trip. I am so glad we found this place and that it was available. The location was excellent and perfect for us. It was close enough to everything thing we wanted to see, but far enough away that we didn't feel like we were in the center of the hustle of the city. The condo was clean easy to access on arrival and quiet at nights. We really enjoyed the Peg leg Porker BBQ that was right around the corner. Visited that spot twice in our 3-night stay. Broadway is in walking distance, but the Uber electric scooters are the way to go! I was unsure about using them due to heavy traffic in the area, but it turned just fine. A lot of fun too! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the city! We had a great time!
