Nestled in the vibrant West Nashville neighborhood, this upscale townhome features spacious living areas, sleek design, and a private rooftop deck perfect for unwinding under the Tennessee sky. Whether you're here for live music, the city's world-famous food scene, or an unforgettable night on Broadway, CashVille 12 is your perfect home away from home.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

Designed for comfort, style, and relaxation, CashVille spans three levels, topped off with a private rooftop deck offering skyline views.

This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom (3rd Floor): King bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and a spacious closet.
Primary Guest Bedroom (3rd Floor): Queen bed, Smart TV, Jack and Jill ensuite bathroom.
3rd Bedroom (2nd Floor): Queen bed, Smart TV, closet, and an adjacent full bathroom.
4th Bedroom (1st Floor): Queen bed, Smart TV, private ensuite bathroom.
Master Bathroom: Dual vanity and a walk-in shower
Primary Guest Bathroom: “Jack and Jill” with a shower/tub combo

The second floor features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, where a striking Nashville-themed mural sets the scene. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and ample counter space, making it easy to fuel up before a night out in Downtown Nashville.

Ascend to the rooftop deck, where you’ll find an inviting outdoor lounge complete with cozy seating, string lighting, and panoramic views of the city—perfect for enjoying a cocktail as the sun sets over Music City.

Parking:

Guests will have access to an attached 2-car garage with secure parking for two standard vehicles. Additional street or off-site parking is the responsibility of the guest. Parking violations may result in towing or fines.

The entrance to this complex features a steep, uneven incline with multiple closely spaced bumps that may cause clearance issues for low-profile cars. As such, this property is not suitable for lowered vehicles.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The property was so amazingly themed and decorated. We enjoyed the entire place. The parking situation could improve with supplying parking passes for additional cars. The fridge and freezer also wasn’t very cold. Our ice cream melted due to this, and the food in the fridge didn’t stay cool and made it iffy to eat. Overall the place was a good stay.
