Close enough to enjoy the tourist activities and perfect backyard porch for taking a break from those tourist activities. Great communication with the host(s). The driveway is a bit tricky, but no damper on the visit.
Great location with a small park directly across the street. The gated backyard parking made it feel safer and secure. House was clean and had plenty of space. Pots and pans were in terrible shape but they had everything else we needed. Would stay again and recommend.
Cute house and plenty of room. The kids loved the park across the street. It’s close to down town and easy access to get to the mall or the Opry. Quiet neighborhood and a Family Dollar on the corner to get last minute needs. The renters are great to work with and even let us in early due to storms. They Rock! I’d stay again

The house was amazing.. my children and I loved the whole set up. It was clean and everything was extremely wonderful.. when going back I will definitely be booking here again!
My family was in Nashville for a reception. We needed a big enough place to stay and 1007 Warren was just right. We did not need anything! Every amenity was on site!
This location was great for us, quiet at night after a day on Broadway. We had a vehicle so the gated parking behide the house was great.
This home had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
We’re in town for a family wedding. Most of the family stayed in a VRBO loft in printers alley. We were so grateful to be in this quiet house 5 min from the action. It was a little clumsy parking the vehicles inside the keyed gate then having to go around to the front to enter house but the location and quiet neighborhood made up for that!
We were thoroughly satisfied with this Nashville home in the Germantown neighborhood! Safe, clean and close to downtown main street!! Grocery store and local restaurants within walking distance as well. Park across the street is great for families with kids!
Home was neat and clean and comfortable. Location was short Uber drive to area attractions. Parking area was very secure and easy to use. Only one small issue with shower handle which was resolved quickly by owner. It was a great stay!
The house was very clean and tidied. The backyard was very beautiful. The location was very close to all tourist attractions that we were looking for. No complaints. 10/10 rating
Stayed at this property with 3 other ladies. Easy to find. Safe neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Clean space! As noted before in reviews, the code should really be moved to the back door where parking and gate are. Minor detail!
Awesome getaway trip!
1) Great Location - Germantown is close enough to downtown but away from the congestion. Amazing restaurants & nearby attractions
2) Private secure parking behind a gate - great amenity
3) Very clean and spacious
4) information and responsiveness was awesome
5) nicely decorated
6) VERY comfortable beds
Even better if:
1) parking in back but had to walk around to front to get in. Advise to have someone access the house and then open up the back door
2) would be nice to have some towel racks in bathroom & some storage shelves in bathroom
Overall nice place. Beds super comfortable, plenty of bathroom space. Love seat was super comfy. It was also close to most things we wanted to visit. Would drive if going to downtown at night though. Found the showers a little confusing couyhave used instructions to turn the shower on. Could use a few more hooks in bedrooms and some maintenance on bathroom fixtures. Being able to get in the back door after parking would also help with feeling safe at night. Had a fun time and slept great when we did sleep.
We were in town for a family wedding , stayed a bit longer to enjoy the city.
The communication with host was timely (except when hoping to check in an hour early - no response day of ) .
House was clean , looks like recent updated paint .
Enjoyed the back deck . Far enough from downtown to avoid crowds but a close Uber/Lyft ride away .
Easy check in /codes to access home .
6 adults staying in home - comfortable . Beds were very comfortable .
No broom /cleaning supplies if a quick cleanup was needed .
Enjoyed our stay .

Could have been better
The house had secure parking in the backyard through a gate with a keypad, but to get into the house you had to either drop someone off in front of the house to go in and open up the back, or you had to walk through the alley around the house to the front to get in after you parked. So not very convenient.
The house was fairly close to downtown and to good restaurants but I would not recommend walking as there are some areas that were not so good. On the plus side, Uber was very quick and pretty cheap.
The house was pretty much as described, but we had lots of little issues that added up to make this a place we would not want to come back to. Master bedroom TV did not have a remote to be able to access the streaming services. Another bedroom did not have a base connected to the Firestick. Couldn't get any bedroom fans to work. Master bedroom shower has the faucet set up backwards so had no hot water the first day because we didn't realize you had to turn the faucet to cold to get hot water. Second shower was dripping the first night we were there. We did talk to the mgmt company a few times and they were pleasant to talk to but we never did get a TV remote and just got a box fan delivered after a couple of days.

Dirty
Unfortunately we didn't arrive until late at night so it was dark when we arrived.
The street was very dark and the house didn't look very welcoming. The yard and bushes were much more overgrown than pictures showed. The deck was also crumbling and had chunks of wood and paint missing
Upon entering the house the initial impression was good. But quickly that changed. As we looked around there was a large dust web running down the entire length of the light hanging above the kitchen table. Door frames had a layer of dust running around them. Lamps, blinds and other areas also had a layer of dust & dirt on them. One door had what looked like a fruit snack between the door and the frame.
Back to the kitchen. There was a severe lack of utensils, silverware, cooking ware and serving ware. We chose to rent a house and not a hotel because we were going to be cookjng a majority of our meals at the house. The lack of everything made this very hard to do.
The area of the house seemed to be ok at first. But when a couple people attempted to walk to a nearby store, they turned around and came back because of the area and people lurking around outside. I feel like the house is right on an imaginary line of a safe area and not safe.
It was nice that we only had about a 5 minute drive to Broadway and most other places we wanted to go.
Overall, the house wasnt going to collapse on itself, but it does need some attention and a very good deep clean. I have addressed this with the company,
We really had fun in nashville and this was great way for three couples to enjoys it affordably with plenty of room for visiting when not enjoying Nashville
The house is close to Broadway and Nissan Stadium but out of the busy and loud that Broadway is. It's an easy drive to the action. And it is a really nice house, we loved it.
Cozy home. Convenient location for downtown. Able to park out back but aceess only from the front door. Surrounding area seemed a little sketchy. Could spend a little time out the yard for some better curb appeal. Also...no towel hooks or bars.
