This beautiful 3-story beach house with central air-conditioning provides the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, situated just a short walk (0.4 mile, 9 min) to Kelly Beach (private). House is located in a family friendly, low traffic neighborhood.

The property has a large yard that is ideal for outdoor relaxation. A large deck overlooking the Wesquage Pond with a grill and outdoor seating. Water views from the west-facing deck provide perfect sunsets and promise a tranquil setting for cherished memories.

The first-floor features twin-bunkbed and a living area with a sectional sofa that converts to a full bed. There's also a TV with Play Station for the kids, a half-bath, and a laundry area. The second, main floor encompasses an en-suite king master bedroom with TV. There's also a fully equipped, renovated kitchen, living and dining room with fireplace, TV, and a sofa that converts to a queen sleeper. Living area is designed for relaxation and togetherness with a large water-facing view that allows light to pour in. The third floor has two queen bedrooms, each with TVs, and a shared full bathroom ensuring ample space for everyone's comfort.

There's a private outdoor shower to wash away the salt and sand. All the beach essentials are ready for you - beach towels, umbrellas, beach wagon, rolling cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, and kids sand toys.

Great stay in a nice neighborhood. We had grandparents with us and first floor master was a plus to reduce stairs. Nice beach, is about 10 walk. Appreciated extra toilet paper and easy check out process compared to other homes we have stayed with in the area. Would stay again!

The house was perfect for our blended family to meet at. It was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon. The 2 bikes were nice to commute to the beach. Plenty of towels and linens. Very clean. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the deck. Beautiful view of the lake.

The perfect beach rental

My family stayed for the weekend and we couldn’t be happier with the home. It’s meticulous, well organized, according and extremely clean. You can tell the owners take great pride in the home and ensure every detail is taken care of. The kitchen is incredible to cook in, you have everything at your disposal and the bedrooms are well sized and comfortable. You are walking distance to the beach and have a great view. Family vacation

Great house, nice location, quick walk to the beach. The house had a lot of extras to use that we don't usually see in rentals. It is listed as 4 bedrooms but is not really 4 bedrooms, it is 3 bedrooms with a basement pull out and 2 bunk beds not technically a bedroom. We did not like Kelly beach, it is a very small beach with lots of dead crabs and seaweed. Nice beach right next door we were unable to access.
