  • This custom home has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms with over 2600 SF of indoor living space. Each bedroom has a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The home has an open and spacious floor plan. 2 bedrooms have direct access to the heated pool/spa. The pool and lanai are covered by a screened enclosure.

    The living room and dining room open to the lanai, and the lanai has a Weber gas grill and flat screen TV. The location is only a 5 minute walk to the public access at the beach! The home is fully furnished with beach gear with a beach cart.

    The home has central air, linens, washer and dryer, iron & ironing board, and high-speed internet for video streaming.

    The location is only minutes away from some great places to dine including Sunset Grill (amazing sunsets!), Marco Prime, Oyster Society, Nacho Mama, Salty Dog, Da Vinci Ristorante Italiano, La Tavola Restaurant & Bar, CJ's on the Bay, Mango's, Fin Bistro, Snook Inn and many more. Wonderful Family Vaca

Beautiful home with perfect South Beach location and helpful owners! Took 6 minutes on foot to reach the beach and the Sunset Grill, and running around the entire island in a golf cart was a huge thrill for everyone in our group.

Great Home!

We had the best time at this property and all four bedrooms were perfect size especially the bunk bed room. But our favorite part was the pool. Perfect size for the kids!

We loved our stay. The home was about a 5 minute walk to the public beach access. The layout of the kitchen and living space opening to the pool was perfect for bringing the family together. The community itself is pristine and we appreciated the family nature of the island.

We absolutely loved everything about this home and location! The home is beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed, The pool was warm and it’s just a short walk to the beach. We made use of the bikes, beach chairs and carts and BBQ grill. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to be back again.

Great location, New Home, lots of space!

Great location...no need to park your car at the parking lot because you cannot get much closer to the beach than Swan Drive! Easy walk, home has plenty of beach chairs, bikes, beach wagon and towels! Bedrooms are nice and spacious! Of course you are also close to restaurants that you can walk to! Owner is very easy to work with and there is a nice detailed binder with home information!

Property was as shown (with the exception of the bunk bedroom where the King bed was under a bunk). House was clean and was the most well equipped home we have rented. The outdoor space with pool, hot tub and fire pit were great! Bikes, beach chairs, one umbrella and sand toys available for the short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach towels and house towels.

Couldn't have been happier!

We've been to Marco before and this was our favorite place. The house is beautiful and the amenities are amazing and so thoughtful! We absolutely loved our stay! The beach walk is super short and we enjoyed seeing the owls and curly tailed lizards on our little stroll up to the water.

This property is perfect! The house is clean, modern, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Every room has its own bathroom, which worked great for our family. The public beach is a short walk away and the pool/spa at the house was a favorite of the kids. This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was open & spacious. I loved how the doors opened up to the pool area. We all had a bedroom with our own bathroom. We all really enjoyed having the pool to swim in after being at the beach, especially the grandkids! They wanted to be in the pool as soon as they got up! Family holiday trip.

We enjoyed the wagon, coolers, umbrellas and chairs for the beach. It was just a short walk to the beach which we did multiple times each day. The house was gorgeous and spotless. The house was just like it looks in the pictures. We spent a lot of time in the pool and out on the lanai. Plenty of room in the house to spread out.

Thanksgiving Beach Retreat

"Our stay at this house was fantastic! From the day I reserved it, Nathan was in contact, answering my questions and offering his help. The beach was very close, and the pool was a big hit. Plenty of beach towels and chairs for everyone, and the beach buggy made it easy to haul everything to the beach. The best part of it all was the location! We were within walking distance of the beach and all the shopping and restaurants, but far enough away that we didn't have to deal with the crowds if we didn't want to. Great time. We will return."

What a beautiful house! The house is exactly like in the pictures (even better). Great communication with Nathan (the owner). Always quick to respond. Nathan provided with all the essentials needed. He literally thought of everything! Great beds, towels, sheets, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, coolers and bikes etc. Also, the location is only a 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants! Perfect Family Vacation

Short walk to the beach was an understatement. It was a quick 5min walk each way everyday. Even with a 3 year old, this was simple and easy. The house and pool were lovely with ample space and always a nice reprieve after a long day on the beach in the sun. The owner was incredibly responsive throughout the week whenever we needed to reach out about anything which was few and far between. There were enough bath and beach towels for everyone with plenty to spare. There was also more than enough beach chairs, carts, toys, and more for our group of 10. We would 100% stay again and recommend others to stay as well.
