The front desk was extremely helpful and allowed us to store our bags while we walked around exploring the beautiful area. Our room was ready relatively quickly and our bags were waiting in our room for us :). The stay was great but would recommend a balcony room as our windows opened into a storage room?

The room looks good and it was clean, the AC was running but not cooling the room, just the fan is blowing that warm air that is trapped in the room, the room was warm because THERE ARE NO WINDOWS TO THE OUTSIDE to get some fresh air, there is only one little window facing a small area inside the building with no ventilation at all, we could not get any sleep

I’ll explore other hotels next time.

Convenient location but no convenient access/check in - happens at another location and no info is provided ahead of time. Won’t be convenient if carrying lots of luggage or with kids/persons with mobility challenges. Also, while room is comfortable, the window has little to no view - feels quite enclosed. Lastly, and probably the biggest concern for my party of two was the inconsistency of the water temperature in the shower. It didn’t get warm until we open the sink tap - and had to leave it open the whole time, even then, the shower continued to switch between really hot and really cold. Not pleasant and not water wise either….

Posizione strategica, luce, pulizia, spazio.

Location centralissima in stabile sobrio e pulito. Stanza ampia e luminosa anche se ancora da rendere più accogliente sostituendo qualcosa che non va e aggiungendo qualche dettaglio in più che faccia sentire l'esperienza con maggior calore. Ah, una bottiglia d'acqua per gli ospiti, anche pagando, andrebbe lasciata sempre. Grazie.

Had to find out it was ran by the hotel on the other side of the building. Phone number on file was incorrect and no one would pick up the phone. Had to carry our own luggage to and from site. Along with having to pay for parking which was stated was included. Room has extreme poor odor like something was rotten and old.

Boa localização mas sem estrutura de hotel.

Pensei que fosse um hotel mas é um apartamento com oito quartos, em um edifício comum. Os quartos são pequenos e não há uma sala de estar para os hóspedes nem qualquer tipo de serviço, com exceção da limpeza diária que por sinal, é eficiente. Tem uma pessoa para fazer o check-in somente por algumas horas do dia, em outros horários o check-in é feito em um hotel visinho.

Good price for convenient stay

We arrived by taxi and a sign on door asked us to walk around block to Renaissance hotel to check in. A great 2 room apartment with full kitchen and bathroom with a separate bedroom. More than adequate for an overnight stay but if we were to stay for a week the full size frig and full kitchen would allow us to have an efficiency apartment just steps form the port BTW. When we checked in the persons next to us paid double the price in a smaller room in hotel and just a continental breakfast was the only perk we did not get.

Room with balcony

Neighboorhood is exceptional. The room itself is fairly OK, only aircondition is blowing air at your head while sleeping, may get sick. Walls are tiny (can hear a lot from other rooms). Balcony is beautiful as it is on the shade side of the evening sun.

Struttura situata al secondo piano di un palazzo del centro,in una laterale di via Toledo a circa 600mt da piazza Plebiscito. Ben posizionato, comodo alla metro, agli autobus e anche per girare a piedi la città.Zona sicura e silenziosa.Camere nuove, non particolarmente grandi (almeno la nostra) ma comode e funzionali.
