The location of the property is super the staff communicated very clearly all the entry instructions and what was expected of us which made it very easy The apartment was very clean the bed very comfortable We rented on a weekend and if one is looking for peaceful place this property is in the middle of the life so noise of people outside, cars and motorcycles would be present till 2-3 am We loved that and was no issue for us just as a point . The 24/7 food place just outside the door made it convenient for midnight snacks Overall a very pleasant stay and we will return if on Napoli again Thank you!

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Avoid. Despite chasing us for our check-in time, the room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived after 2pm—the property admitted the cleaners hadn’t arrived. We then endured a persistent sewage/drain smell and inadequate basics. On our final day, we discovered ants throughout the room, with photos/videos as evidence. No alternative room was available, so we were forced to pack, leave early and pay for another hotel. An unacceptable stay from arrival to departure.
