I stayed at Eliza for a last minute business trip instead of a hotel. I am very familiar with the island and the cottage is in the ideal location for walk ability in town. The cottage had everything I needed and I could not have been more happy with this booking.

Great property and a great location

Loved this cottage. It was perfect for the two of us plus our puppy. And it was in the perfect location: across the street from the Children's Beach, 4 houses down from the White Elephant and the Brant Point Grill restaurant, and 3 blocks from downtown Nantucket. It was new, spotless, charming and the appliances and accommodations were exemplary. Would definitely stay here again

Eliza Cottage was the perfect Nantucket retreat—beautifully appointed, cozy, and full of charm. The location was ideal for exploring town, restaurants, shopping, and then returning to relax in peace. Loved the harbor/ beach view! Parking spot was a huge bonus as well!! Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and we felt right at home. Very clean and so many amenities! We had a fantastic stay at this clean, comfortable home just a short walk from town. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and the harbor, yet quiet and peaceful. Great Property in the Heart of Everything!

We loved our stay at the Eliza cottage! It's so close to everything downtown, the Children's Beach, and Jetties Beach. The cottage was fully stocked and had a cute front yard we spent some time in, looking at the water. Highly recommend this place!
