"Excellent location, right in the middle of downtown Kochi. Staff were very helpful and welcoming even to foreign tourists and used more English than expected. The Family Mart on the ground level was extremely convenient. The pillows were a bit hard but they gave us extra pillows when we asked for them. Overall, a very good stay. "

"The Mercure Kochi Tosa Resort is an outstanding hotel. We had a clean specious traditional Japanese room. Excellent buffet dinner is offered on site. Ample parking space is available. "

Quaint street cars just outside. Great buffet breakfast with all kinds of choices. Close to shopping streets, cafes, bars and restaurants.I will absolutely stay here again."
