「Hotel and renos were great! We really enjoyed using the fire pits while our baby slept in the room and loved the free mini golf across the road! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Two downsides for our experience: the crib we requested for our baby was pretty dirty and in definite need of a replacement, and the shower head came up to my tall husband’s chest and was leaky. Overall, a great experience at an affordable hotel, and hard to beat its location! 」

「Hands down, the nicest place we've stayed in the area. Very clean, well appointed with comfortable beds. It was too chilly for the outdoor pool during our stay but it looked very inviting with ample loungers provided. Comfortable seating was provided on our spacious private balcony overlooking a magnificent ocean view! We loved the onsite restaurant not just for the convenience but for the spectacular food and amazing view of the ocean while we ate. We will be back!」

「Although we came here without a car, the staffs picked us up to the nearest bus stop and showed us around. When i talked with them , they were always smiling and helpful. Service in this hotel was much better than i expected. I wanna come here again.」

「Very clean property, with nice shared facilities, typical college dorm building setup. There are enough power outlets in the room, but are in very awkward positions (behind furniture). Transit is frequent and convenient, and is about a 15 min ride to downtown. There isn't much in terms of stores or restaurants nearby. You really need a car or take transit to access anything else. 「車で来る分には全く不自由がなく最高の環境・ホテルだと思いますが、バスなどの公共機関を使って来る人に関して言えば非常にわかりづらい場所と案内でした。 ホテルからは一人＄５０も取られるシャトルバス（ナナイモのフェリー乗り場）しか出ていなく、公共jのバスを利用すれば一人＄２.５０セントと約２５倍も違います。また、公共のバスを使ってくる人のためへの案内がホームページにもないのもそうですが、ホテルの説明もざっくりしすぎていますし、もう少し交通の案内をしっかりしていただきたいと思いました。 部屋・設備などに関して言えば満足はしていますが、スパの１人＄４０というのは少しだけですが設定が高いかなとも思いました。 以上です。」
