"The location is great and very convenient for getting around. The staff were also extremely kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, the property felt more like a motel than a hotel. The condition did not match the photos shown during booking the room and facilities seemed worn and not very well maintained. Overall, the people and location were great, but the property itself didn’t meet expectations"

"Overall, we did enjoy our stay at this hotel. Our suite was very nice. It was conveniently located. But view from our room was a construction site. Couldn't see the N Seoul Tower. Cons: 1) The breakfast options was terrible. It was mostly carbs: waffle, noodle, fried rice, japchae, salad pasta, toast & pastries, etc. Not too many other options. 2) The water pressure from our shower was terrible. It took us forever to finish taking a shower. 3) The tiny washing & drying machine was a rip off. It took 2 hours to finish one load of laundry, and another hour to dry it. "
